Annually on September 21
Today is World Deaf Day. All Schools/Colleges which have NCC cdts are requested to organize Rallies, Human Chains, Playlets, Skits or any such item with a view to spread awareness on Sympathy towards the Deaf and Dumb and preventive measures to these conditions some of which are avoidable. Quiz and Painting competitions could aldso be organized.
